A family, in Dallas, needs to hire an Executive Housekeeper. Responsibilities include: directly supervise a team of housekeepers, assigning daily and weekly cleaning areas and tasks, developing and maintaining deep cleaning schedules across all areas of the home, conducting regular quality checks and provide coaching and feedback to staff, identifying staffing needs and communicate gaps or performance issues to household management, actively participating in daily housekeeping alongside the team, household errands, assisting with event preparation and guest arrivals/departures, and monitoring the inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs to the household operations assistant, who maintains and restocks all household inventory. Schedule is: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, requiring flexibility and availability beyond a standard schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional on-call response. Occasional out-of-state travel is required for special trips and events. Salary: $50/hour and full benefits. Immediate start!
